We specialize in providing dental hygiene services to residents living in Calgary and surrounding area’s care homes. We bring the supplies to the resident to make things a little easier for them and their families.

Teeth cleaning usually involves removing the deposits from the teeth (‘scaling’), polishing to help remove stain, and fluoride to remineralize the teeth and prevent cavities.

We have certified mobile dental x-ray equipment to be able to take and review the images in order to check the height of the bone, identify cavities or problems with restorations, as well as other concerns. Our mobile unit is digital, allowing us to take images using the least amount of radiation possible.

Our dental hygiene exams include a thorough evaluation and documentation of the state of a client's mouth, both teeth and gums. It also includes and intra-oral and extra-oral tissue exam to check for abnormalities including oral cancer.

This is liquid that can be painlessly applied to cavities to ‘arrest’ the decay. It makes the cavity hard instead of soft and also reduces sensitivity. It does turn the cavity (not the entire tooth) a darker color. This is a great option for those who cannot be brought to a dental clinic for treatment.

We can provide denture cleaning and assessments, as well as complete oral health exams for those who do not have teeth and/or would like some help with their dentures. We refer to a denturist to have any major adjustments or new dentures made.
